The Hutterite colony phoned....about one hour after I gave birth. Damn....it was so close .
It was almost a labour project.
Now it is a sister project...
Did I mention I am grateful for my dear sister.
As my Hutterite friend would say...that is what sisters are for. I must have a great one because she did my canning with my husband.....who can be difficult to work with in the kitchen...and me on the couch telling everyone how and what to do.
If canning dills was not enough...my husband added beans to the mix....
They are canned!
My husband, who really enjoyed it.... forgot the salt in one whole batch.....whoops.
I promise they are great if you just sprinkle salt on the as you eat them.
The rest are Delicious!
